		<description>Bob,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Zoning laws in themselves have a direct sense of city planning.  I guess the question isn&#039;t if we believe in city/government planning.  Rather it should be to what level of involvement should local government have with the growth of the city.  Or in the case of this article, what level should the city be involved in tearing down dilapidated buildings that harm the health of the city?</description>
