So many towns are turning to budget cuts first instead of cleaning up their image and making themselves look &quot;presentable&quot; to the many companies that are growing and starting right now. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for this and I hope that you can expound on these points even more with future posts.
